Oceanside Minor Hockey Association - Refund Policy

1. All requests for refunds must be submitted, in writing to the Registrar.
2. All refunds will use the following guidelines:
• Before ANY ice time begins 100% of registration fees less $50.00 administration fee
• Before October 1st 80% of registration fees less $50.00 administration fee
• Before November 1st 70% of registration fees less $50.00 administration fee
• Before December 1st 60% of registration fees less $50.00 administration fee
• Before January 1st 50% of registration fees less $50.00 administration fee
3. There will be no refunds available after January 1st.
4. Players that have been suspended by OMHA, BCAHA, or CHA are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
