Recreational Classes Refund Policy

A recreational class at the YKGC is any Pre-School program or CANGym class and altered CANGym classes to accommodate ages or skills.

According to the following occasions, the YKGC will issue a credit to a member's account:
- Written notice of intent (either via email or paper copy) to cancel registration received prior to the session beginning will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee;
- Notice of intent to cancel registration received before third week of session begins will receive a 75% credit to account;
- Notice of cancellation received once the third week of session begins will not be issued a credit or refund;
- In case of injury or illness with a physician's note, credit of pro-rated balance will be issued
- The $35 membership fee is non-refundable
