Cargo Gymnastics - Refund Policy

Class Cancellation and Refund Policy: C.A.R.G.O. reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to insufficient numbers. If C.A.R.G.O. cancels a program, we will refund all fees associated with your registration.

If you have registered for a program and wish to cancel prior to the start date of the program, a full refund will be issued, less $30.00 administration fee if we receive notice, paper or email, 14 days (two weeks) prior to the start date of the program.

If a refund is requested less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program, you can apply the fee to another gymnast. If you do not wish to transfer your fee to another gymnast, you can receive 50% of your program fee, less $30.00 admin fee. In this case, C.A.R.G.O. memberships fee would also be refunded.
NOTE: No portion of C.A.R.G.O. membership/insurance fees or class fees are refunded once a student has participated in ONE class of any program.

C.A.R.G.O. does not refund or suspend fees due to temporary events which may interfere with participation such as minor injury, vacation, illness or school field trip.
Fees paid for competitions, special events or workshops are NOT REFUNDED unless participation in the event is canceled by C.A.R.G.O.

Emergencies/Cancellations: Please refer to our website and postings in the gym regarding upcoming events and holidays when classes may be canceled or re-scheduled. Rarely, but it has happened, our classes have been canceled due to weather or problem with our gym space.
In this event, we attempt to notify families via these methods:
1) callout system to each family affected via phone, text or email.
2) notice on the front door of our Training Centre
3) update on Facebook page

4) radio public service announcement via BIG 105.5 if permitted.

If you are unsure, please call/ text 403-505-1938.
We attempt to re-schedule any canceled classes.
If unsuccessful, we will refund fees/compensate members for that class day if possible.
