Calmar Minor Hockey Association - Refund Policy

Refund Policy
1) Request for a refund must be in writing stating the reason for refund and is effective once the registrar receives it, then the Executive will be notified.
2) No refunds will be allowed after December 31st. Until that time the fee's will be pro rated from the first day of the season. Executives can make exceptions to this rule if rendered necessary.

Refund Procedure:
Once the registrar receives the request, they will forward to the administrator. The administrator prepares a check to be signed by 2 executive board members at our monthly meeting and then will send a refund check in the mail.
