Olds Minor Softball - Refund Policy

Registration fees cover cost of diamond rental, umpire fees, team equipment, player evaluation, and uniform jersey.

Players are required to provide the following; Glove, batting helmet with facemask, cleats or running shoes, and black uniform pants.

Teams may also fundraise or have a "cash call" to cover cost of attending tournaments and/or provincials.

Try out fees include $50 that is non refundable once evaluations begin.

Fees are 100% refundable less a $10 administrative fee prior to team formation.
Fees are 50% refundable after team formation.
Fees are not refundable after May 15
