White Butte Minor Softball - Refund Policy

All applications for withdrawal must be emailed to:

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

$50 Non-Refundable - Cancellation prior to Evaluations

50% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after Evaluations or April 1, whichever comes first

100% Non-Refundable - Cancellation after April 15, or after teams have been formed whichever comes first (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)


ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 28TH WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 LATE REGISTRATION FEE FOR U12 TO MIDGET AND RISK REJECTION. AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
