CMBA - Refund Policy

Calgary Minor Basketball Association (CMBA) will refund the Player(s) Registration fee if a player(s) registration is cancelled in writing to CMBA at cmba@cmba.ab.ca with-in 14 business days of basketball training program starting and a 10% service charge will apply for all player registration cancellations. Refunds will be issued in the same medium as received. Cheque refunds will be issued 14 days after original cheque has cleared the bank.

Players registration fees will not be refunded if a player or players cancel their participation in any CMBA Training Program(s) after 13 business days prior to program start date.
