Calgary Field Lacrosse - Refund Policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE 2018 SPRING FIELD SEASON RUNS DURING THE SUMMER IN JULY AND AUGUST.



Calgary Field Lacrosse works hard to keeps fees affordable for players and families.
The timing of certain operating expenses become unrecoverable as they are attributed
towards running a successful grassroots program. Therefore, Calgary Field Lacrosse
strictly adheres to the following refund policy.

Registered players that withdraw prior to or on July 1 of the current season will receive
a partial refund, less an organizational overhead fee.

Mini-Tyke $75
Tyke $75
Novice $140
Peewee $140
Bantam $140
Midget $140
U19 $140

If a player is expelled, suspended, or withdraws from the program there will be no
refund granted after July 1 of the current season for any circumstance.

Written notification is required and must be received prior to July 1st to receive a partial
refund. Notification can be forwarded to info@calgaryfield.com
