Metro Toronto Wildcats Football Club - Refund Policy
• The first $150 of the registration fee is a non-refundable administration fee. This fee is due at registration.
• Refunds may be given to any player who is cut from any Wildcats team, less any applicable registration, obligatory or outstanding fees or dues.
• Any player who quits or leaves their team FOR ANY REASON prior to the start of league play will be given a full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
• Any player off their team FOR ANY REASON after the start of league play will not be entitled to a refund.
• No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances until a person’s full payment has cleared the bank.
• No refunds shall be issued until the Registrar confirms that all club equipment / property has been duly returned.
• All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by the Executive of the club.
• Refunds can be returned any time from the date off the team to 90 days afterwards
