York Region Football Association - Refund Policy

Our refund policy differs based on season and team. It is also impacted by whether the team is rep or development. For Spring 2019 and Fall 2019 please note as follows:
Spring 2019 Rep
Cut from the team: full registration fees less $150 administration fee
Withdraw prior to May 15, 2019: 50% of registration fees
Withdraw after May 15, 2019: no refund

Spring 2019 Development
Withdraw prior to beginning of the season: registration fees less $100 administration fee

Spring 2019 Flag
Withdraw prior to beginning of the season: registration fees less $75 administration fee

Fall 2019 Rep
Withdraw prior to September 15, 2019: 50% of registration fees
Cut from the team: full registration fees less $150 administration fee
Withdraw after September 15, 2019: no refund
