Edmonton Wizards Lacrosse - Refund Policy

The North Edmonton Wizards Lacrosse Club (the Club) will refund player registration fees as follows:


• refunds prior to April 1 subject to a $25.00 Administration Fee
• refunds prior to May 1 subject to a $75.00 Administration Fee
• no refunds will be made after May 1 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Approved refunds of payments originally paid by cash will be refunded by Club cheque within 30 days of request

Refunds of payments made by cheque/money order will be processed a minimum of 10 working days after the receipt of the cheque or money order. Approved refunds will be paid by Club cheque within 30 days of the request.

Credit card payment refunds will be refunded to the credit card originally used for payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.

All refund requests must be submitted by e-mail to the Registrar who will present them at the next Board meeting.
