REFUND POLICY

Prior to September 1st 100% of annual fee less $20.00
Prior to November 1st 80% of annual fee less $20.00
Prior to December 1st 60% of annual fee less $20.00
Prior to January 1st 40% of annual fee less $20.00


NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 1ST OF CURRENT SEASON

*Refunds will be based on the date written request is received by the LMHA Office Administrator*
