NCBC Thunder - Refund Policy

REGISTRATION REFUNDS
All withdrawal and refund requests must be made by email to registrar@thunderbasketball.ca with the player’s name, age and reason for withdrawing.

Cancellation 1 week prior to team evaluations:
If you cancel prior to 1 week before team evaluations, full fees will be refunded minus a $50.00 Administration Fee.

Cancellation up to team evaluations:
If you cancel within 1 week of team evaluations, 50% of fees will be refunded plus a $50.00 Administration Fee

No Refunds will be given after evaluations begin

Please note that no refunds will be granted based on player requests not being met (ie. friend requests, practice nights, etc.)
