Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• For withdrawals received before April 15th a full refund will be given

• For withdrawals received between April 16th and April 29th a full refund, less the CASA registration fee will be given.


• No refund will be given after the start of the program (April 29th)
If a refund is requested due to medical reasons a refund will be considered. All considerations must be approved by the executive board.

• Transfers between divisions are exempt from an administration fee, however, must be done prior to April 15. Fees may be re-assessed depending on which division you are transferring into
