Okotoks Minor Hockey Association Refund Policy

If a player withdraws their registration before any ice time is used (i.e. tune-up or evaluations) they will have their full registration returned minus a $50.00 administration fee.

If the player has been on the ice for any ice times they will be pro-rated based on the amount of ice time as well as the $50.00 administration fee. $150.00 admin fee plus pro-rated ice times for anyone who withdraws after teams have been carded.

In the event a player has registered and there are no available places in their respective division, they will be refunded their entire registration and will not be charged an administration fee.
