Whistler Youth Soccer Club - Refund Policy
HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS
In the event of sickness or season ending injury, a refund may be issued as follows:
Within 21 days from start date: Full refund
Within 60 days from start date: 50% refund
After 60 days from start date: No refund
REP LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS
In the event of sickness or season ending injury, a refund may be issued as follows:
Within 21 days of registration date: Full refund
From season start date/first game: no refund
Administration Fee of $25 per player applies to any refund.
SUMMER CAMPS: Full refund less a $25 administration fee can be issued up to 1 week PRIOR to camp start date in the event of cancellation. If sickness or injury occurs during camp week a refund will be assessed based on pro-rata amount if applicable.
WINTER CAMPS: Full refund less a $25 administration fee can be issued up to 1 week PRIOR to camp start date in the event of cancellation. If sickness or injury occurs during camp week a refund will be assessed based on pro-rata amount if applicable.
GALA DINNER EVENT: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once booked and paid online.
SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS: Tickets are NON-REFUNABLE once booked and paid online. (eg: Whitecaps game tickets)
In the event of special circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of the Administrator. Refund requests must be made via email to whistlersoccer@hotmail.com with details.
