Cochrane Ringette Association - Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be provided in writing to the Registrar. All requests shall be assessed a $50 administration fee. Registrants who Cochrane Ringette is unable to place in our Programs will NOT be assessed the administration fee. Refund requests shall be provided on a prorated bimonthly basis and based on a 6-month playing season [Sept 15th to March 15th]. Requests for refunds based on a league suspension or other disciplinary action will not be provided. Withdrawal due to medical circumstances shall be considered up to the end of the current season. Refunds shall be issued to the entity from whom the registration fee was received.
