Yellowknife Minor Hockey Association - Refund Policy

10.0 Refunds

If a player wishes to withdraw from a program, registration fees will be refunded as follows:


Before October 1st - 90% of annual fee
Before November 1st - 70% of annual fee
Before December 1st - 60% of annual fee
Before January 1st - 50% of annual fee

There will be no refunds after January 1st unless:

1. the player is injured and cannot participate in the rest of the season;
2. the player is moving out of Yellowknife

All refunds will be subject to a processing fee of $25 after the percentage above is calculated.

Players under suspension by the Association, Hockey NWT, Hockey North or Hockey Canada are not eligible for a refund.
