Medicine Hat Little League - Refund Policy

1. Refunds will NOT be issued until after May 1st. No exceptions.

2. After registration and until teams are formed, refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee, which will subtracted from the refund balance.

3. After team are chosen, and before first game, refunds are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee, which will subtracted from the refund balance. Uniforms must be returned prior to MHLL'S remittance of the adjusted refund check.

4. After opening day, no refunds will be granted.

5. Refunds are made by check · with delivery via. Mail.

6. All of this stands with the exception of an injury.
