Airdrie Minor Hockey Association - Refund Policy

AMHA Refund Policy
All registration refunds will withhold $50 minimum. The exception will be if a player has been
injured and will eventually return to his/her team
Note: All import players trying out for AA teams will not be considered registered with
AMHA until they make the team. If they do not make the team, then all registration fees
will be returned and are not subject to the $50 minimum withholding fee.
a) Refunds of registration fees will be given for players who quit AMHA according to
the following schedule:
Date of player leaving refund amount
Up to October 15 100% - $50
Oct. 16 – Oct. 31 75%
Nov. 1 – Nov. 15 50%
Nov. 16 – Nov. 30 25 %
After Dec. 1 0%
b) Exceptions will be made to players with extenuating circumstances such as
moving away, or hockey injuries that prevent the player from RETURNING AT
ALL for the rest of the season.
Use the following table for the exceptions:
Date of player leaving refund amount
Up to October 15 100% - $50
Oct. 16 – Oct. 31 80%
Nov. 1 – Nov. 15 70%
Nov. 16 – Nov. 30 60%
Dec. 1 – Dec. 15 50%
Dec. 16 – Dec. 31 40 %
Jan. 1 – Jan. 15 30 %
Jan. 16 – Jan. 31 20%

NOTE that no refunds shall be given out after February 1.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for Conditioning Camp.
