Edmonton North West Zone Basketball Association - Refund Policy

Northwest Basketball Registration Fees Refund Policy:
Refunds requested before the season commences (before first team practice or game - before Sept 24th) will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. All refunds requested after the fall season commences (after first practice or game- after Sept 24) are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Your refund may also be pro-rated based on the number of games and practices that have occurred to the date the refund was requested. Any uniform and or equipment issued to the player must be returned in good condition, prior to a refund being processed. ALL registration fees are non- refundable after the second week of the season has been played. This means no refunds will be issued after the 2nd week of the season has been played (Oct 6, 2018 for the Fall Season).
