Thistle Curling Club - Refund Policy

The Thistle Curling Club Limited does not refund participant's registration(s) except in the case where a participant has
a) leaving the Greater Edmonton area or b) a medical exception/injury. If you can provide proof of exception A or B before the start of the season, the refund will be 100% of the registration minus a $20.00 CAD processing fee.
If you are leaving the Greater Edmonton area or have a medical exception/injury, please contact the club or league's registrar for the refund.
Other requests for a refund will be reviewed on a case by case bases by the Club's executive.
