If a player requests to withdraw from the program after registering but before April 1/2017, they are subject to a Registration
Administration Fee of $75.00. No refunds will be considered after this date.


All Cheques are made payable to HALTON MINOR FOOTBALL INC.
All NSF cheques are subject to an additional $50.00 Administration Fee.
