Innisfail Lacrosse - Refund Policy

E-mail and www.innisfaillacrosse.com is the primary form of contact in IMLA


Volunteer Policy: Team specific duties ie: time box, washing jerseys, etc are included within the volunteer
deposit. Your help and cooperation on a team level are necessary for a successful season. Two cheques post-dated for
June 1st, 2019 in the amount of $100.00 each is due at registration to guarantee your participation in regular
season volunteering and our major events: Spirit of the Sticks Tournament held in June and or Mini/Tyke Fun Fair if applicable



A $75.00 post-dated cheque July 1, 2019 is required for Jersey Deposit in all divisions.


Flexible payment options are available upon request, however for insurance purposes all fees must
be paid in full before the first floor time. No refunds of registration fee’s after April 15, 2019



Please read the following carefully: I or said child do hereby release, indemnify and save harmless the IMLA and
their related associations and volunteers, the CALL, ALA and their related associations and their volunteers, the Town of
Innisfail, the recreation, parks and culture board, staff, supervisors, and/or instructors: any and all of them from claim
which I or said child may have as a result of participation. I or said child acknowledge that this activity has inherent
dangers and I or said child do assume risks and hazards incidental to this activity and hereby waive all claims I or said
child may have against the above mentioned organizations or individuals. Payment of registration fee, in person or by
agent, is an acknowledgement of any and all risks involved in this activity and a waiver of any claim. Please note as per
FOIP regulations, that your or said child’s name, address, phone number and personal information gathered will not be
used for any other reason than its intended purpose. You are granting consent that your child’s name and picture may be
printed in the local media and for any other affiliated sports magazine, website, or paper. All players, parents and
coaches must sign the IMLA Code of Conduct prior to first floor time.
