All applications for withdrawal must be emailed to:

registrar@whitebutteminorball.ca

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

$50 Non-Refundable - Withdrawal PRIOR to Evaluations

$100 Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER Evaluations (but before April 15 or before teams have been formed)

100% Non-Refundable - Withdrawal AFTER April 15 or once teams have been formed (except for documented medical or at the Board's discretion)

ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 15TH WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $125 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AND RISK REJECTION. AFTER THIS DATE, PLACEMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
