Fort McMurray Oil Sands Curling Club - Refund Policy

The Fort Mcmurray Oilsands Curling Club does not refund participant(s) except in the case where an athlete has a) registered more than once, b) a medical exception/injury or c) shows proof of moving out of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. If you can provide proof of exception A, B or C before the start of the season, the refund will be 100% of the registration minus a $15.00 CAD refund fee. If you were double-charged or have a medical exception/injury, please contact the club manager for the refund. Refunds during the curling season will be broke down to quarterly refunds amount minus the $15 refund fee.
