Pembina Ringette - Refund Policy

• Withdrawal for any reason before September 1st will result in a full refund of the Registration Fee, minus a $25 Administration fee.
• Withdrawal for any reason before Teams are created between September 1st and October 1st will result in a 75% refund of the Registration Fee, minus a $25 Administration fee.
• Withdrawal for any reason between October 1st and October 15th will result in a 50% refund of the Registration Fee, minus a $25 Administration fee.
• Withdrawal for any reason after October 15th will result in no refund of the Registration Fee.
• Concessions may be made for first-time registrants who withdraw after participating in less than four (4) ice times. A request in writing outlining the rationale for withdrawal shall be presented to the Executive and a decision rendered on a case-by-case basis.
• Exception – Players who play on a team in another Association, where we do not have that level of play (ie. AA) are entitled to a full refund.
