RAMP Interactive Registrations

RAMP Interactive Registrations is a tool that is designed to streamline the registration process. In order to register participant(s) you must create an account.

Refund Policy / Withdrawals
All withdrawal and refund requests must be made by email to our Registrar (registrar@cnwb.ca):
100% fees refunded (minus $40 administration fee), prior to August 25th for Mini, Bantam, Midget, Juvenile programs
100% fees refunded (minus $40 administration fee), prior to September 1st for LTP & Tykes
50% fees refunded (minus $40 administration fee), between August 25 and before the start of evaluations for Mini through Juv programs
50% fees refunded (minus $40 administration fee), between to September 1-15th for LTP & Tykes
No refund will be given after evaluations have started for Mini through Juv Programs and after September 15th for LTP & Tyke programs
Juv Players in Winter session (Jan-Mar) no refunds given after season starts
If a player has waitlisted, they will be notified if a spot becomes available in which case the $50 waitlist fee will be applied to the confirmed registration. In the event that the player declines the spot, the waitlist fee is non refundable. If the player is not offered a spot by the time the season commences, a full refund of the waitlist registration fee will be issued.
If you register in the wrong area (please refer to the Zone Finder on website) CNWB will charge $50 admin fee to withdraw


*The only exceptions would be those that are found to be medically necessary (doctor note required), or receive the approval of the Calgary NorthWest Basketball Executive.
Practice nights / times/ and locations (Player Request’s) cannot be confirmed until after evaluations have been completed and teams have been set (usually by the end of the third week of September). We understand that some children are involved in multiple activities and where possible we will try to accommodate, however, conflicts with these other activities do not qualify as an exception and no refunds will be granted due to player requests not being met.

If you require a refund, please send your request via email to the Registrar, include the player's name, age, division, complete mailing address including postal code, and the reason for withdrawal, (you will be asked to provide a doctor’s note if the reason is for medical purposes).
