Beaumont Skating Club - Refund Policy

Beaumont Skating Club Refund Policy - NO Exceptions:

Payment will be accepted online through the RAMP registration program. NO Exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the skater's responsibility to notify the Registrar at BSCRegistrar@outlook.com of any withdrawals or changes to the program.

Fall and Winter Registration Deadline: 7 days prior to the program skate date, a full refund will be issued.
Should a skater wish to withdraw between 7 days prior to OR after the start date the deadline is:
IFS, Junior Prep& All StarSkaters – September 19, 2017
Tuesday PreCanSkate & CanSkate
Fall Session – October 3, 2017
Winter session – January 16, 2018
Thursday - PreCanSkate & CanSkate
Fall session – September 28th, 2017
Winter session – January 18th, 2018

The $25 Refund Administration Fee and BSC Registration fee will be charged and a refund for the pro-rated remainder of the season will be issued.
After the Deadline Date: NO REFUNDS will be issued (this includes Fundraising and Volunteering)
POWERSKATING Refund Deadline: 7 days prior to the program skate date, a full refund will be issued. Withdrawals that occur BEFORE the 2nd class will incur a $25 Refund Administration Fee as well as the BSC Registration Fee and a refund for the remaining will be issued. After that date, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
