Surrey United Soccer Club - Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be received in writing by the registrar, prior to August 1, 2016.
• All refunds are subject to a minimum $25.00 administration fee.
• NO refunds will be issued to any players registering for any Development, Metro, Select, Div. 1 or Div. 2 teams.
• NO refunds will be considered due to conflicts with practice nights, times, or locations after August 1, 2016.
• Refund requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be considered throughout the season on a case by case basis.
