Vancouver Thunderbirds - Refund Policy

All requests for registration fee refunds must be made by email to the Registrar at
tbirdhockey@vancouvertbirds.ca
If a refund is requested by August 15th a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued.
Refunds requested after August 15th but before September 30th will be at 75% of the original registration fee
By October 31st at 50% and by November 30th at 25%
No refunds will be issued after November 30th EXCEPT in the event of significant injury or illness.
