Airdrie Minor Basketball - Refund Policy

AMBA will not refund any fees after the final evaluation night for your age group, except in the following circumstances:
• If there are insufficient registration numbers to form a team, a full refund will be provided.
• If a team must fold, due to players leaving, the players who did not choose to leave AMBA will be provided with a pro-rated refund. (E.g. Midget teams where players leave to play for their high school team after winter break.)
• If a player decides to withdraw prior to evaluation nights, a $30.00 administration fee will be deducted and the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded.
• If a player becomes injured or ill and is not able to finish the season we will require a doctor’s note. The refund issued will be based on the ratio of games in the season vs. the remaining games (including playoffs, excluding Provincials).
We are not able to guarantee, at time of registration, which nights your practices will be. We will not refund fees if a player is not able to play due to the night of the week practices fall on.
