RAMP Interactive Registrations is a tool that is designed to streamline the registration process. In order to register participant(s) you must create an account.
Pickering Swim Club - Refund Policy
All Competitive Registrations will be done using the RAMP registration system using either VISA/Mastercard.
Fees: At the time of registration the initial Registration fee in due as per the 2017-2018 Fees & Commitment Schedule. All fees will be charged to your VISA/Mastercard account set-up through the RAMP registration system as per the dates/amounts listed on the Pickering Fee & Commitments Schedule for 2017-18. Members are responsible for all extra meet fees (exceeding the prepayment amount) and fees due for any missed family commitments. Any outstanding amounts to be paid by using the members VISA/Mastercard account set-up through the RAMP registration system.
All Members agree to keep their account in good standing throughout the 2017-18 season.
All Members must agree to this policy in order to register on the RAMP Registration system.
Any declined VISA/Mastercard transactions will carry a $50.00 penalty which will be applied to the member’s account.
FUNdamentals/Summer Development Program
For each decline credit card transaction a $50.00 fee will be applied to your account. An Administrative Fee of $40.00 will be charged for all withdrawals from the program, reimbursements will be issued via cheque and mailed. No refunds will be issued after the fourth class.
