Support Request
When sending an email error request please include the following information:
- Subject Line should include a description of error and the domain eg. Server Error on statistics page - wwww.domain.com
- Body should mention the domain and position held with the website and a copy of the server error if applicable (copy the entire server error and paste into the email body)
- eg. Bob Smith, Ice Scheduler, www.domain.com
- When sending an email update request please include the following
- Subject link should include a description of update and the domain eg. Link update - www.domain.com
- Body should mention the domain and update request.
- Please send all related attachements with the initial email
We strive to have website update requests completed in one week or less and server errors completed immediately.
