RAMP’s Referee Assigning System allows you to automate the assigning process and keep track of game assignments in an easy to use system. Assignors have access to a master login which enables them to:

• Import mass schedules from an excel spreadsheet rather than entering each game manually
• Add/edit/delete games and/or select the officials for individual games.
• Send email notifications and schedule updates to individual and/or all officials through the system
• Rank officials based on their ability to officiate certain levels

All officials are empowered with their very own unique login where they can:

• View their own individual schedule
• Accept or decline game assignments
• Book days or specific hours off

 

Track Payroll for your Officials

RAMP’s Referee Assigning System helps you to keep track of all financial and payroll administration. Totals are based on the number and type of games each official accepts. Assignors have access to a master login which enables them to:

• View the payroll totals for all officials
• Assign games based on cash vs. payroll for a specific period
• Add fines or bonuses to individual official’s totals
• Add travel fees to specific arenas/fields which automatically adds the fee to the official’s totals
• Run payroll reports for a certain date range which can then be send directly to the treasurer for the monthly cheque run

All officials are empowered with their very own unique login where they can:

• View a breakdown off all officiated games and amount paid per game
• View their own individual totals for a certain date range
